The Orion Trackers utilize the SlimeVR Server which can be downloaded at https://slimevr.dev/download — after installation follow the QuickStart guide included in the box.

Make sure the SlimeVR Server is installed and running, then follow the QuickStart steps to mount and assign trackers. The server UI contains step-by-step guidance.

Manual mounting asks you to select each tracker’s orientation relative to your body. Automatic mounting guides you through a sequence of poses so the server detects orientations automatically. We currently recommend manual mounting for optimal performance.

Proportions describe relative distances between trackers. Manual proportions let you input measurements; automatic proportions measure them via guided movements. Automatic proportions are generally recommended.

Use the built-in tap resets: tap chest for yaw reset, tap right thigh for full reset (I-pose), and tap left thigh for mounting reset. Follow the server instructions and positioning for each reset to work correctly.

Enable trackers in the SteamVR section of the SlimeVR Server and verify them in SteamVR > Settings > Manage Trackers. Spawn or enable trackers to match your setup and confirm green connection indicators.
