If in stock we ship within 1 business day and provide tracking numbers. We produce in batches — check product pages for current lead times.

30-day returns for unused items and a 12-month defect warranty for eligible products. Contact contact@somaticvr.com for replacements. DIY components are final sale.

Open source firmware is available at github.com/SomaticVR. It’s designed for our Orion Tracker hardware.
